Helios PV (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. is Singapore-incorporated — operating as the group's commercial, finance, and deal-structuring base for Southeast Asia. This is the office that talks to investors, corporate clients, and institutional counterparties rather than just installing rooftops.

Singapore is one of ASEAN's most mature solar markets — and one of the most commercially interesting. Strong data-centre demand, a growing base of corporates with net-zero commitments, and an advanced regulatory framework for renewable energy procurement make it the natural base for PPA and VPPA structuring in the region.

Through the group's operating network across Malaysia and Cambodia, the Singapore office brings regional project capability to conversations that start at the boardroom level.

PPA & VPPA Advisory

We deliver solar energy through the national grid straight to corporate buyers — no rooftop needed. A Virtual Power Purchase Agreement lets a company purchase clean energy from a solar farm located anywhere, matched against their consumption and credited to their Scope 2 reporting. This opens up solar procurement to clients who would otherwise be limited by building constraints or lease arrangements.
